The knowledge production and utilization are crucial factors for the additional value creation. This new step in market-oriented economy has strong roots in the creation, distribution and utilizations of the knowledge as it was never before. The knowledge creation and distribution are the key economical forces and knowledge itself is the economical source that has privileged right to be placed altogether with other sources in spite of the fact that knowledge itself does not contribute to economical growth but it has to be included to product.
